1) After-sales service is provided Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If a declaration is made on Friday at 5 p.m., it will be processed before Monday 5 p.m.
The warranty is only valid for LED horticultural lighting, it does not apply to consumables, fans, extractors, pots, etc.
Warranty Exclusion ARE NOT COVERED:
- Damage involving the liability of a third party or resulting from intentional or willful misconduct.
- Damage resulting from use of energy, use or installation not in compliance with the requirements of the
manufacturer or negligence.
- The replacement of accessories (such as: cables, power supplies) and all presentation parts that do not hinder the
